Both, but only when you ask it to. Stylify can draft new sections, rewrite clumsy paragraphs, summarize, and edit your text, everything you expect from a top AI writing assistant, and it goes further by restructuring and formatting the document with your real Word styles, headings, and tables. You stay in control at every step: every change lands as a tracked redline you approve or reject, so nothing is altered until you say so.

Q: How does the Local Mode work without configuration?

The companion app ships with everything it needs. Install it, open Word, and it works. No Ollama, no command-line setup, no model downloads. It manages the local model itself and runs on your CPU or GPU.

Q: Can we connect our own enterprise AI agreements (Azure, AWS, private endpoints)?

Yes. With the BYOK option, you bring your own API credentials (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, or any compatible endpoint). You pay a flat licensing fee with no per-use markup, and all requests route through your existing compliance setup.

Q: Does the Track Changes feature integration require setup?

No setup needed. Stylify uses Word's built-in Track Changes. Every proposed change, whether it's rewritten text or new formatting, appears as a standard redline, and you approve or reject it from the Review tab, the same way you would with any other Word document.
